TERMS OF SERVICE
GeneralPlease be polite, decent, patient and respectful; in contrast I, the artist, reserve the right to decline further communication.Artwork that you receive from me will come with a watermark or a signature. This text is to not be removed for any reason.I reserve the right to decline any request that I don’t feel comfortable with.PaymentPayment is made in € (euro) currency, via PayPal.Payment will be made when you, the customer, receive and approve of the rough sketch. When the payment is processed, I will continue working on the artwork and it can take me 3-4 weeks to complete it.Don’t process payment before you have received the rough sketch unless the action is discussed and approved beforehand.If, for any reason, (e.g. health related issues, my main work schedule, urgent matters, personal issues etc.) I am delayed or think I will not make it in time, I will promptly let you know of the delay and we will establish if you’re approving of it or you wish to cancel your request.If you canceled your request upon delay, you will be refunded partial reimbursements.
Refunds under any other circumstances than this are disallowed.ProcessAfter I begin sketching, I will frequently update you with WIP(work in progress) screenshots as either of us see fit to ensure that the vision is being followed through.Don’t rush me for any reason.After I provide you with a rough sketch, only then you are allowed to request major changes if they are within the request’s budget. (e.g. pose, position, etc.)
Bigger changes (e.g. extra character, detailed background) are charged additionally.After the rough sketch phase, you can only request minor changes. (e.g. color changes, details, trivial parts.)Ownership and RightsI reserve the right to post the finished artwork on my portfolio and/or my social media and use it in any available way of promoting my work.The artwork you receive from me can be used for personal use only. (e.g. posting on your social media, using it as a profile picture, to print for personal use, etc.)
Commercial use of my artwork will be charged x3 the amount of total price.You reserve the right to edit your art to a slight degree (e.g. filters, color changers, enhancers.)You are not allowed to trace/trade/sell/heavily reference my art before asking for my permission first.Premade ArtworkFirst come, first serve.Payment is complete and up-front.All of the statements under “Ownership and Rights” stand for premade art as well.If you’re buying a premade from me, that premade is likely to have already been posted on my social media or used as a way to promote my work.Any minor or major additions to the art will be charged additionally.I reserve the right to use my premades for light reference again in the future (e.g. pose; facial expression; color palette etc.)If you do not agree with my TOS; you are prohibited from buying art from me.
